As a Layout Assistant in our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the control, accuracy, and governance of store layouts across our estate. You will work closely with Layout Designers and Store Integrity Leads to ensure layouts are delivered right first time, maintaining robust version control and system integrity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support layout delivery across Central, Development and Field Layouts activity, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain awareness of single working versions per store, supporting the Store Integrity Lead.
  • Ensure correct base files are selected and initiatives are accurately merged prior to governance checkpoints.
  • Track work in progress from project initiation through to handover, monitoring overlaps and sequencing risk.
  • Support live-date sequencing validation to prevent store lock-outs and delivery conflicts.
  • Conduct final checks, warning reviews and technical validations to confirm layouts are correct for system sign-off.
  • Support AutoPOG ownership and delivery, ensuring outputs are system-ready.
  • Maintain updates to timings trackers and support shared visibility with BAU and Seasonal teams.
  • Adhere to KPIs and actively contribute to continuous improvement of layout and governance processes.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves):
  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of trackers, formulas, validation, and reporting.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with a right-first-time mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving capability in a delivery or operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Confidence working with systems, data, and governance processes.
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience with AutoCAD (desirable).
  • Strong system literacy and confidence working with multiple data sources.
