What you'll be doing:
Working within the Business Services and No7 Beauty Company IT team, this is an opportunity to work as a business analyst across a diverse landscape of applications and projects. You will be at the centre of the team, delivering solutions that put our internal and external customer needs first.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with business and IT partners using a variety of techniques to define, capture and prioritise requirements and create user stories, including functional, non-functional and IT operational requirements for the project.
- Analyse business requests, identify and evaluate options for improving business systems and processes, ensuring the customers' needs are always at the forefront of our solutions.
- Plan the business analysis work for projects by defining timescales, milestones and dependencies for the work to proceed in an Agile or Waterfall manner as appropriate.
- Work in a team of other Business Analysts on large / complex pieces of work, ensuring that the vision, scope and requirements are aligned across the entire project.
- Support the Lead Business Analyst to engage with departments to understand their strategy and business plans to create product roadmaps.
- Support test teams and project managers with the evaluation of defects and prioritisation of these defects.
- Represent the business and their requirements through the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Must have experience as a Business Analyst; capable of taking ownership for projects of varying scale and delivering outstanding solutions.
- Excellent ability to manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- Ability to delve into the detail and strive for a collaborative understanding to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
- Ability to support across multiple projects, deadlines, and carve your own path and work.
- Ability to bring others along when your understanding is greater than theirs.
- Experience of working within both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments.
Nice to have
- Experience of working in a corporate or retail environment.
- Experience of working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
- Recognised qualification in business analysis.
