What you\βll be doing:
Working within the Business Services and No7 Beauty Company IT team, this is an opportunity to work as a business analyst across a diverse landscape of applications and projects. You will be at the centre of the team, delivering solutions that put our internal and external customer needs first.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with business and IT partners using a variety of techniques to define, capture and prioritise requirements and create user stories, including functional, non-functional and IT operational requirements for the project.
Analyse business requests, identify and evaluate options for improving business systems and processes, ensuring the customers\β needs are always at the forefront of our solutions.
Plan the business analysis work for projects by defining timescales, milestones and dependencies for the work to proceed in an Agile or Waterfall manner as appropriate.
Work in a team of other Business Analysts on large / complex pieces of work, ensuring that the vision, scope and requirements are aligned across the entire project.
Support the Lead Business Analyst to engage with departments to understand their strategy and business plans to create product roadmaps.
Support test teams and project managers with the evaluation of defects and prioritisation of these defects.
Represent the business and their requirements through the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Must have experience as a Business Analyst; capable of taking ownership for projects of varying scale and delivering outstanding solutions.
Excellent ability to manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
Ability to delve into the detail and strive for a collaborative understanding to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
Ability to support across multiple projects, deadlines, and carve your own path and work.
Ability to bring others along when your understanding is greater than theirs.
Experience of working within both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments.
Nice to have
Experience of working in a corporate or retail environment.
Experience of working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst.
