Welcome to the Operations Development Team (Central Operations) – this is an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's growth plans. The Implementation Specialist role covers both Retail & Pharmacy nationwide, across the full estate. The role provides business resilience and continuity (including any training, coaching & changes landed within large projects and process changes to support cost saving projects to land on time).
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting Stores with delivery of Projects & Changes & be the main point of contact
- Provide regular reports & feedback to key stakeholders
- Support stores with readiness and T minus plans
- Champion what is being delivered and be the role model of what good looks like.
- Ensure training and process are trained and adopted to ensure right first time execution.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves):
- Store Leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager Level)
- Self-motivated to be able to work independently
- Outstanding Time Management and organisational skills
- Comfortable in delivering training and holding store to account.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Systems
- Knowledge of Store systems and Policy and Operations.
