What you’ll be doing

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand transformation objectives and evolving needs.
  • Translate transformation plans into clear people priorities and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate people-related activities across major transformation programmes.
  • Ensure all people initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to project plans, and support business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic input to shape workforce, culture, and change approaches during transformation.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader in complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a wide understanding of people issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

It would be great if you also have

  • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in a clinical/regulated environment.
