This is where our Healthcare Advisors come in with their in-depth knowledge across health and wellness to enhance every customer and patients experience About the role As a Healthcare Advisor, your role will be to deliver complete care by giving advice on healthcare products and services. You will also: Provide outstanding customer care and advice within your store Keep up-to-date with all the various new lines and promotions within store, so that you can always provide customers with the most up-to-date information. Take every opportunity to provide information to customers, referring them to the pharmacist when appropriate, to help them select the best products and services with increased sales being the natural result. Play your part within the team, working together and taking action to help and support colleagues to deliver the best for customers. Be a role model for the customer-led attitude. The customer is everything to you, and youll create a culture where everyone is friendly and passionate about doing the right thing for them. Ensure compliance with company and professional standards, relevant legislation and company procedures. Take responsibility with your colleagues, to ensure that the store is clean and tidy and queues are managed effectively. Share and celebrate your successes, and identify best practice across local stores, to ensure that outstanding customer care is always provided.
