The salary for this role is £26,513.19 - £30,482.35 depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role:

Ever wondered what a day in the life of a Liz Earle Advisor looks like? Tara shares her experience in this short video. From engaging with customers to providing personalised skincare consultations, Tara's day is filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build great relationships with our customers and your colleagues
  • Provide personalised consultations and skin services
  • Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
  • Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products

  • Previous experience working with customers
  • Experience using skincare products on customers

Information about the role:

Join the world of Liz Earle at Boots Edinburgh Fort Retail Park, where naturally inspired beauty meets exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate Customer Advisor to join our team from as soon as possible, working 10 hours per week across Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday. With shifts between 9am and 8pm, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalised skincare advice and creating a welcoming in-store environment. This role offers a great level of flexibility, following a two-week rotation:

  • Week 1 (Wednesday & Saturday, 5 hours each day)
  • Week 2 (Sunday & Wednesday, 5 hours each day)

Interviews will take place 16th, 18th and 19th June.
