As a Dispensing Store Manager you will use your leadership experience and passion to help your retail and pharmacy business to grow and change for the better.
About the role
Working onsite, you will report to the Area Manager and lead from the front by being a visible and accessible part of your team. Work with your retail and pharmacy teams to achieve the business goals for your store, whilst keeping our customers at heart of what we do. Deliver a sustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operating platform in your store to ensure stock availability, control costs, minimise loss and meet our customers' expectations. Keep up to date with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services, New Product Development launches and much more. Interpret data, trends and insights to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer. Be responsible for the performance and development of your team which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews. Conduct regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.
What you’ll need to have
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment
- An NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services that is valid in the UK
- A Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent

- Experience navigating and embracing new technology
