Contract: Fixed Term

Shift pattern: Full time on site

Location: Nottingham Support Office - 5 days in the Office

  • Analyse data to derive insights and respond to customer service queries effectively.
  • Manage daily activities to meet KPIs and timelines, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimise processes to drive efficiency.
  • Produce regular management information (MI) reports on trading activities to inform decision‑making.

What you'll need to have (our must‑haves):

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Experience in a digital environment with a customer‑first mentality.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools like Databricks and PowerBI.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
