Role: Digital Experience - Workflow and Traffic Management Lead

Contract: Fixed Term - 12M FTC

Shift Pattern: Full Time

Location: Nottingham Support Office - 5 days in the Office

Responsibilities

  • Lead, assign and oversee all projects for your specific categories in line with DX process.
  • Traffic management via our workflow tool (Wrike), including forward planning, triaging, estimating effort and pre-flight briefs to ensure information is complete.
  • Arrange, lead and document kick-off meetings.
  • Build project plans, manage Production Team's workload, assign tasks and projects with the most efficient and holistic use of resource.
  • Be the primary contact with our internal stakeholders, collaborating with e-commerce teams to inform and uphold best practice.
  • Keep teams informed of changes to project and alignment to brief.
  • Negotiate and trade off category priorities and manage status of briefs in flight, escalating risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements through wash-up meetings, process and resource efficiencies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ minimum) in Creative agency Project/Client/Traffic Management.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Adept with using workflow management tools/MS tools such as Wrike/Monday.com/Airtable and Excel.
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment, proactive and forward thinking.
