The Customer Marketing Specialist – Personalised Offers will develop the personalised marketing plan, reward Advantage Card customers with exciting offers, and deliver commercial results across channels. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver the personalised offers plan for the Boots app, providing targeted and relevant offers to our growing customer base.
- Champion the Boots Advantage Card and app, ensuring alignment on the role of personalised offers.
- Manage multi‑channel communications (Email, App, Events) to highlight strong offers delivered to customers.
- Drive KPI performance, including channel engagement and incremental sales.
- Review and assess commercial/customer impact, defining opportunities for improvement.

- Strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital communications.
- A creative mindset with a customer‑first and analytical approach.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
