As part of our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive, you will lead photography and video productions for some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Liz Earle.
What you'll be doing
- Produce high-quality photography and video shoots while overseeing the creative generation of CG/AI assets.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, presenting creative ideas and leading production calls.
- Write detailed production briefs that translate brand visions into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and creatives to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain key project documents, including timelines and budgets, while liaising with external suppliers.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a creative role, with demonstrated involvement in delivering creative projects, campaigns, or shoots.
- Strong technical understanding of production processes.
- Experience in a creative setting with a passion for all elements of production.
- Proven ability to run shoots and manage studio operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive nature and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
