What you’ll need to have

A communications specialist is required by the Condor digital transformation programme to lead the internal communications for the programme, engaging across a large programme team and impacted teams across the whole Boots organisation. Given the scale and ambition of the programme, and wide range of partners, excellent communications will be critical to its success and a communications expert will be a necessary member of the programme team.

(Note: Due to the nature of the programme workload may vary, therefore sometimes the role-holder may support communications for other programmes, other digital activities and/or external Condor activity e.g. customer or supplier communications.

You will report to the Snr Business Planning Manager for the Digital Transformation programme. There are no direct reports but works closely with multiple people across the programme and organisation.
