What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial strategy, driving growth and innovation within the General Merchandise sector. You will report to Senior Commercial Manager - Travel and manage a dynamic team dedicated to achieving excellence. Your insights will shape our approach, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decision‑making.
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
What you’ll need to have (must‑haves)
- Proven experience in commercial management within retail or healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
