About the role
The Office Coordinator is a central point of contact for the Boots Dublin Support Office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations through exceptional administrative and front‑of‑house support. This role blends office coordination responsibilities with receptionist duties, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing key office operations, and providing administrative assistance to internal teams. With strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, the Office Coordinator helps create an efficient, welcoming, and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional reception and front‑of‑house services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Oversee office administration supporting general day‑to‑day office operations.
- Provide administrative support to support office teams and new hires.
- Coordinate & communicate between functions and external partners.
- Manage visitor scheduling and meeting room arrangements.
