Responsibilities
- Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations
- Meet sales targets as part of a supportive team (no commission pressure)
- Create standout customer experiences through natural, confident conversations
- Bring new products, offers and launches to life in-store
- Keep the beauty hall and counters looking their best – clean, stocked and ready to explore
- Build your expertise through hands‑on brand training, comprehensive online learning and our famous in‑person and virtual events and conferences
- Get involved in social content, in-store events and campaigns
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- A real passion for beauty, skincare, haircare and helping people feel their best
- Confident to approach customers, start conversations and build connections

- Able to communicate clearly and understand people’s needs
