We are looking for an analytical Business Data Analyst to join the Data Lynx delivery team. You will bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business objectives, creating data-driven insights to lead strategic decisions and improve business processes. You will play an important project delivery role, working with the partners and IT delivery teams to understand complex data sets and gather requirements to allow the creation of actionable insights and reporting. You will work in an Agile environment, contributing to Program Increment planning and Agile Release Trains to ensure alignment between business and IT teams in delivering value to our organization. You will also be involved in data profiling, ensuring the proper structure, accuracy, and integrity of data to support analysis processes.

What you'll need to have

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree OR certification in Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business Analysis (CBAP)
  • Experience: Experience in a business analysis and requirements gathering role; Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role; Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience: Healthcare or Retail systems
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, Lucid, Visio, Murals; Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Advanced Excel (with VBA), Python, Tableau, or Power BI; Proficiency in agile management tools such as ADO, JIRA; Knowledge of database management and data warehousing; Familiarity with Cloud Technologies - Microsoft Azure and Databricks; Knowledge of business operations, trends, and KPIs; Familiarity with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning is advantageous.
