What you'll be doing:

  • As the eCommerce Trading Lead for the Skin category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day‑to‑day trading of our exciting Skincare category on boots.com.
  • Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
  • Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
  • Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.

What you'll need to have (our must‑haves):

  • Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
