At Boots, we work every day to build a brilliant environment for our people, empowering them to make a difference for our customers and colleagues. As part of our in-house creative agency, the B-Hive, you will lead photography and video productions for some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry, including No7, Soap & Glory, and Liz Earle.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce high-quality photography and video shoots while overseeing the creative generation of CG/AI assets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, presenting creative ideas and leading production calls.
  • Write detailed production briefs that translate brand visions into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and creatives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain key project documents, including timelines and budgets, while liaising with external suppliers.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a creative role, with demonstrated involvement in delivering creative projects, campaigns, or shoots.
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes.
  • Experience in a creative setting with a passion for all elements of production.
  • Proven ability to run shoots and manage studio operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive nature and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of creative workflows and asset management systems.
