Are you ready to make a difference in the world of supply chain management? At Boots, we are looking for an Assistant Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic No7 Beauty Company - Supply Chain team. Here, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will report to the manager and collaborate with a talented team dedicated to delivering care, confidence, and connection across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the supply chain operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
- Assisting in inventory management and forecasting to meet customer demand.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with supply chain software and tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
