In this exciting role, you will support the evolution of No7’s in-store experience, bringing bold ideas to life and helping to create immersive environments that delight our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Design Manager and cross-functional teams to transform insights into inspiring retail solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of highly visible design projects for one of the UK’s most iconic beauty brands.
What you’ll be doing:- Support the research, conceptual creative, design, and development of No7 retail furniture and in-store environments.
- Translate brand identity and shopper insights into imaginative, premium retail design solutions.
- Assist in the end-to-end creative and design process, including prototyping and in-store testing.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure successful nationwide rollout planning and delivery.
- Contribute to timeline management, budget tracking, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Assist with design adaptations across multiple store formats while ensuring creative consistency and brand integrity.
- Manage the development and rollout of planograms, artwork, 3D in-store materials and final execution.
- Support the development and delivery of visual merchandising and shopper marketing initiatives as required.
- Background in creative design, retail design, visual merchandising, or shopper marketing.
- Experience in designing and developing retail furniture, fixtures, or 3D environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to share your ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, with a hands-on approach to creative delivery.
- Experience working with creative agencies or external partners.
- A passion for staying informed about retail design and experiential trends.
