We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wellness Category team as Assistant Category Manager. Wellness is the fastest growing category in the business, launching over 70 brands into wellness in the last year with more to come as we continue to grow the wellness business further.

Reporting into the Category Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of key brands and categories within wellness, driving momentum and unlocking growth. You will maximise sales profit and market share by building bold annual plans and executing them with pace, accuracy, and ambition.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Commercial and category expertise, with a sharp eye for what drives performance.
  • Deep understanding of the levers to pull and a real appetite for building bold insight-led plans to accelerate growth.
  • Strong relationship building, influencing, collaborating, and delivering results internally and externally.
