We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wellness Category team as Assistant Category Development Manager. Wellness is the fastest growing category in the business, launching over 70 brands into wellness in the last year with more to come as we continue to grow the wellness business further. Reporting into the Category Manager, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Work side by side with our Category Development Manager to bring the hottest, most exciting wellness brands to market.
  • Play a key role in spotting emerging trends, shaping brand launches, and helping us create a standout, future-focused wellness destination for our customers.
  • Make a visible impact, champion innovation, and help build the next generation of must-have wellness products.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Passionate about the wellness space, with curiosity for new brands, trends, and emerging customer needs.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and excited by pace, change, and challenge.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers, commercial teams, brand, marketing, digital, and operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, problem solve, and keep multiple workstreams moving at speed.
