As a Store Manager, you will lead from the front, creating a calm, supportive and confident culture for your team of 10, which includes Pharmacists, an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, Dispensers and Retail Advisors.
you will set the standard for safe healthcare, strong dispensing practices and great retail execution, ensuring your store feels organised, welcoming and trusted by everyone who walks through the door.
This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. With pharmacy making up a significant proportion of the business, your early focus will be on getting to know the dispensary, supporting your team and embedding safe, efficient ways of working—while also maintaining high retail standards across the shop floor.
You will be supported every step of the way with a structured 12‑week Store Leader induction and ongoing guidance from experienced Store Managers in nearby Shrewsbury and Telford.
