As an Optometrist Store Manager with us you will be providing excellent customer and patient care, as well as leading and inspiring your store team. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
Using your passion for delivering patient care you will work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey. Drive local plans for enhanced services and delivering towards P&L objectives. Bringing your personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with and developing your team to provide the best service to patients. Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.
What You’ll Need To Have
- Fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
