Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools.
- Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
- Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
- Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support your colleagues every step of the way.
- Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
- Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in enhanced services.
- A strong understanding of local clinical networks.
