The predicted salary is between 22000 - 25000 £ per year.
The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager, helping at the tills, advising customers, or working in the back shop.
You will also:
- Help our customers and put them at ease – listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our fantastic products, recommending items they hadn't considered or simply offering a basket, the little things that make a difference.
- Get to know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them – the more info we can give our customers the better.
- Help our stores run smoothly – ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
- Work with other members in the team to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable – a store everyone can be proud of.
You will be provided with award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service. Shift Pattern and Hours
- Varied hours are available, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- This is a permanent role and applicants must be able to commit to the advertised hours on a permanent basis.
- Candidates should be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week.
