The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role. Role and Responsibilities

  • You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop.
  • Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on our products, recommend items they hadn’t considered, or simply offer a basket — it’s the little things that make a difference.
  • Get to know in-store offers and schemes and promote them; the more information we can give our customers, the better.
  • Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
  • Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable to be a store everyone can be proud of.
  • You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
