Role Overview
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include assisting with tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers feel comfortable: listen, answer questions, give advice, recommend products.
- Promote in‑store offers, schemes, and products to improve sales.
- Ensure product displays are accurate and attractive on the shop floor.
- Provide excellent service at the tills.
- Assist with stock management in the stock rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and presentable store.
Training & Development
Full training is provided, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate £13.02 – £15.10 in selected London locations, with increase after 6 months.
