About the RoleAs a Pharmacist with us you\’ll provide excellent customer and patient care. It\’s more than dispensing medicine – it\’s listening, providing expert advice and reassurance.
Deliver the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
Make legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
Build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
Conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety.
Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
What You\’ll Need To Have
Be registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals.
Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
Be collaborative with a team‐centered approach.
Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national and local services.
Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
