The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.

Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will act as duty manager in store and be responsible for leading and inspiring the store team day to day to deliver an exemplary customer experience. You will work across the whole store, handling customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as pre‑screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and more. In this role you will have opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills, supported by Boots Optics' “Step Into Optics” training programme and additional leadership training.

  • Worked in an Opticians or within an optical environment
  • Desire to learn
  • It would be great if you also have led or coached a team
