What You’ll Be Doing

As a Jambuster team leader within the logistics engineering function, you will play a vital role in developing, supporting and leading a skilled technical team to deliver safe, reliable and high-performing warehouse operations at the heart of our supply chain within the Stores Service Centre, Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Putting the Health, Safety and wellbeing of every colleague first, driving a positive safety culture and continually improving safety standards.
  • Ensuring housekeeping regimes are maintained to a high standard in line with MHRA requirements.
  • Ensuring fulfilment of operational and engineering compliance, including medical screening, safety observations and timely completion of all levels of training.
  • Working collaboratively across teams, aligning priorities to achieve performance KPIs while delivering within budget.
  • Carrying out wider Team Leader duties to support the safe and efficient running of the operation.

  • A basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act (occupational Health and Safety).
  • Previous experience leading and motivating teams.
  • A proactive approach to self-development and continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills at all levels.

  • A strong desire to lead teams, manage change, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
