As an Assistant Demand Planner, you will be part of our dynamic Supply team, reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders across Supply, Logistics Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure our operations are set up for success.

Your insights will help shape our inventory strategies and operational capacity plans, making a real impact on our business.,

  • Maintaining and improving the dotcom supply chain planning process, turning business plans into accurate operational capacity plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Developing and using complex insights to help define our future network strategy and capacity plans
  • Support in delivering continuous improvement projects that drive the best balance of operational capacity and cost with working capital investments
  • Defining optimal inventory strategies and working with commercial supply teams on execution of those across our network
  • Participate in cross-functional transformation projects as a supply chain subject matter expert
    A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in numeracy and Excel.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of forecasting and replenishment methodologies.
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and inventory management processes.
  • It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience with Boots supply chain operations and systems.
  • Knowledge of current forecasting and replenishment systems.
  • Familiarity with Power BI tools.
