We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Gift Supply Planner to join our Gift Supply Chain Team to organise the assembly of gifts from material ordering through to execution and delivery of the plan. This role will be working within the Gift Team, reporting to the Gift Planning Manager. The successful candidate will manage a small team to deliver key brands like S&G and No7.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sub-team of Gift Supply Planners and Gift Operations Assistants that are responsible for planning and delivering a range of the Gift programme within the No7 Beauty Company.
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives addressing process, systems and tools gaps.
- Create plans for the assembly of gifts in line with Customer requirements.
- Order and manage materials required to meet the gift assembly plans ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Represent the Gift Planning function at project meetings and provide regular updates on the status of the programmes being manufactured to key stakeholders.
- Understand and manage inventory levels by taking action to reduce and clear Excess & Obsolete stocks.
- Develop relationships with Suppliers, actively collaborating & challenging vendor performance to drive availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, ideally within a CPG environment.
- Experience of leading a team.
- SAP experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning.
- Knowledge of inventory management and dealing with suppliers.
