What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Finance Business Partner – Property and be part of a dynamic team of five within a larger department of approximately 20. You will:
- Monitor the performance of investments and provide insightful financial analysis.
- Support budget and forecast processes for the Property programme.
- Own sales-based rent activities, including Excel model maintenance and month‑end accruals.
- Lead month‑end planning, reporting, and variance analysis for specific areas.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Part‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with complex models.
- Nice to Have
- Prior experience with SAP (especially SAP S4 HANA) and Analysis for Office.
- Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics.
- A background in both financial processing and management information, focusing on driving improvements.
