In the Supply Chain team at No7 Beauty Company, you will delight customers with excellent product availability while managing a highly efficient operating model to maximise value for the Boots Group. You will manage the flow of products from supplier to customers globally, using insights, data and stewardship to help the organisation create and execute plans that deliver financial success.
We use S&OP to provide governance that enables us to set targets, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions that enable us to deliver our plans. S&OP is visible through monthly meetings that review historic and future performance, driving alignment across business functions on tangible actions required to achieve the plan.
The S&OP Manager owns and facilitates the S&OP process for No7 Beauty Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain the cadence, efficacy and continuous improvement of the established S&OP governance meetings.
- Lead the following forums: Account Review, Regional Demand Consensus, Global Supply Review, Global S&OP / Management Business Review.
- Use these forums to focus the organisation on a midāterm horizon (4ā18 months) so proactive actions can be taken.
- Support leadership in understanding recent performance (KPIs), reviewing and validating future expectations (up to 18 months), identifying risks and opportunities, and driving courseācorrective activities.
- Ensure the S&OP elements of the E2Open functionality meet user requirements and provide effective inputs to meeting reviews.
- Capture and document routine meeting content (KPIs, etc.) to drive efficient administration, diary all meetings, drive attendance, and facilitate agendas.
- Capture minutes and actions, issue to stakeholders, and escalade to Supply Chain Senior Leadership where necessary.
- Identify, seek approval, and drive opportunities to continuously improve the S&OP process.
- Own the audit process that measures process efficacy.
Whilst this role does not own the actions that drive business performance, it governs the processes that identify and target these actions to appropriate stakeholders.
What You'll Need To Have
- Degree level education (or equivalent) in business, finance, supply chain or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in finance, commercial or SC planning, with 5 years+ direct experience of S&OP governance aspects.
- Excellent facilitation skills and comfort managing meeting efficacy at all levels.
- Strong emphasis on process discipline and continuous improvement.
- Experience using supply chain or finance planning systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks.
- Solid business acumen and financial understanding ā linking supply chain performance to financial benefit.
- Direct experience and involvement in S&OP.
- Knowledge of master data requirements to support S&OP is an advantage.
- Experience leading and coordinating seniorālevel meetings.
