What you’ll be doing
- As a key member of our Product Development team, your role will be pivotal in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for beauty and general merchandise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the retail or beauty sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
