An exciting opportunity exists within our Technical Services team for a Portfolio Assistant. You will provide high‑quality portfolio data and govern key meetings, serving as the central point for portfolio administration across the entire team that develops and delivers new Boots & Exclusive branded products all year round. This permanent role is based in Nottingham and reports to the Portfolio Manager for Retail Owned Brands & Exclusive Brands. You will be part of the Portfolio team within the Technical Services function, working on a broad portfolio of beauty and personal care products in line with our 3‑year plans. Your cross–functional work will ensure timely project delivery, strong governance, and consistent accuracy of portfolio information.
Key Responsibilities
