We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Boots Online Doctor team on a weekend-only basis. Key Responsibilities
- Undertake online consultations and prescribe when appropriate
- Follow our strict guidelines for prescribing
- Use our secure IT platform for all patient interactions
- Undertake video or telephone consultations when needed
- Attend our training events and take part in clinical meetings
- Maintain your own skills and CPD
What you’ll need to have
- Registration with GPhC or NMC
- You will be aware of your own limitations and of relevant national guidelines
- You will have experience of consulting with patients and making independent decisions
- You will be able to make decisions promptly and know when to ask for help
- You will have a can-do attitude and be committed to always improving our services
- You will be a flexible team player who can thrive in our start-up mentality.
It would be great if you also have:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Practice
- Experience in Primary care, Sexual Health or Dermatology
