What You’ll Be Doing


In this exciting role, you will report to the Assistant Marketing Manager and take primary responsibility for insights and reporting across our instant delivery channel. Your contributions will help shape marketing strategies and drive engagement with our key partners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own insights and reporting for the Instant Delivery channel, sharing data and sales performance with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and sales trends.
  • Conduct retros on promotional activities, providing actionable recommendations to the team.
  • Support marketing activities and queries from the Assistant Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing efforts to enhance our instant delivery trade plan.


What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)


  • Strong data and analytical skills to interpret sales data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
  • Understanding of online trading levers and stakeholder management.


It would be great if you also have


  • Experience in marketing, trading, or e-commerce roles.
  • Familiarity with same-day delivery platforms or third-party delivery partners.
