Join us at Boots as a Value Campaign CRM Specialist in Nottingham, Beeston, where your expertise will help shape our marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive value communications.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results.
It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.
This role is a 12 month contract and will require a successful candidate to be in the Nottingham office 5 days a week.
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of the CRM plan for both app and email channels from a value communication perspective.
- Manage two marketing assistants, one in email and one in app.
- Working as a member of the wider marketing team to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
- Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result.
- Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
- Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs.

- Have a background in marketing, proven experience in CRM digital and printed communications.
- Ideally have line management experience
- Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.
- Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
- Be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
