What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the operational delivery of multiple maintenance contracts in line with our supplier management framework.
- Hold suppliers to account for delivery of all contractual commitments; performance, commerciality and statutory compliance.
- Carry out supplier performance reviews, driving value, service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Build and deliver mobilisation and de‑mobilisation plans for new and exiting contracts, including on‑boarding new suppliers.
- Provide expert advice and progress updates on your categories, advising on complex situations and category performance.
- Work closely with the Commercial / Cost Management Team to govern category spend and identify savings opportunities.
- Work closely with the Procurement Team to shape and support the tendering process from an operational perspective.
- Point of escalation for persistent or significant contractual or service delivery issues for your categories.
What you need to have (our must-haves):
- Experience of managing multiple contracts / suppliers in a Maintenance / Facilities Management / Property environment.
- Understanding of managing budgets and identifying and implementing opportunities cost savings and efficiencies.
- Analytical skills – ability to analyse large and detailed data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Able to present data in a compelling way – Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in construction management, electrical or mechanical disciplines.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
