- Engage stakeholders, assess change impacts, and deliver effective communication and training plans.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and processes they need to succeed.
Qualifications
- Has experience in Change Management within a medium to large organisation.
- Knowledgeable about Change Management methodologies and tools.
- Can influence and secure buy‑in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
