- Execute the commercial strategy across your categories, ensuring optimal delivery against our ambitions.
- Lead various projects, leveraging your understanding of properties, space, and layouts.
- Build strong relationships with supplier partners to create the best possible plans for our customers.
- Optimise the P&L with an entrepreneurial mindset, pulling all available levers for success.
- Understand customer needs and motivations, translating insights into actionable trade plans.
Proven ability to build great relationships internally and externally, leveraging them to maximise opportunities. - A strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of customer needs and motivations.

- A proactive, go-getter attitude, always seeking new opportunities to drive the business forward.
