What you'll be doing

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Wellness Category team as Category Assistant. Wellness is the fastest growing category in the business, in the last year launching over 70 brands into wellness with more to come as we continue to grow the wellness business further.

Key responsibilities

  • You'll work side‑by‑side with our Assistant Category Development Manager to bring the hottest, most exciting wellness brands to market.
  • As our Wellness category expands both in store and online, you'll play a key role in this.
  • Reporting into Category Manager, you will:
    • Support the ACDM to review Competitor analysis of the market, ranging and pricing.
    • Setting new suppliers up, Vendor forms and new lines.
    • Working with other teams such as the marketing and pricing team to ensure set ups are right first time.
    • Run sales reports and analyse for the team and suppliers, helping with Monday morning weekly reporting.
    • Raise Purchase Orders for marketing and merchandising activity.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Passionate about the wellness space, with curiosity for new brands, trends, and emerging customer needs.
  • Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • In-depth understanding of numerous SAP programmes.
  • Proficient communication whether face-to-face, Teams or email.
  • Must develop knowledge of category strategy, performance and range.
