Are you a Beauty and Wellness enthusiast always looking to stay up to date with the latest trends on your social feeds? Well, this is exactly what we are looking for in our Assistant Trends Manager role at Boots!

Join our rapidly growing Ignite & Trends Team, where you will be responsible for identifying trends and responding at pace, embedding them across the business. Immerse yourself in everything Beauty and Wellness—from spotting the latest TikTok trends to shaping the future of our categories.

You will leverage your analytical skills to find and quantify the latest trends, drawing out the biggest commercial opportunities. Your role will ensure we engage our customers with the right trends at the right time, fostering strong relationships across teams to unlock the power of trends and bring them to life.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyse search and social data to identify both reactive and proactive trends in Beauty and Wellness.
  • Curate, quantify, and prioritise identified trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring trends to life through Social, Marketing, Trading, and Category Reprofiling.
  • Support the Trends Manager in activating trend events throughout the year.
  • Create weekly and monthly trend reports to share insights across the business.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
  • A passion for Beauty and Wellness, with a keen awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to create compelling narratives from data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a drive for change and innovation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Canva is a plus.
It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in trend analysis or market research.
  • A network within the Beauty and Wellness industry.
