The Assistant eCommerce Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day holistic trading of their categories online, driving total Boots.com revenue and profit targets and supporting our market share ambitions. They will be the category expert, understanding drivers, market trends, conversion, and customer acquisition. They deliver new product launches, sales and trade plans, own the digital strategy, and scope partnerships with suppliers while keeping up with competitor activity. The role coordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure categories are supported and aligned with market trends. The individual supports development initiatives and process improvements across Boots.com, capturing eCommerce trading and customer requirements.

- Trading experience with strong financial acumen, analysing and articulating financial performance.
- Understanding of online/digital trading levers and performance marketing – confident using data to drive performance.
