About The Role
Reporting into the Category Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, sourcing and delivering consumer brands, including Boots’ own brands. Your day‑to‑day work will involve analysing sales data, providing sourcing recommendations and working with global brand strategies to decide which products reach our shelves.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data and provide sourcing recommendations to support global consumer and retail brand strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and gaps to set Boots apart from other retailers.
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best products and prices.
- Negotiate to reduce costs and secure global sources for raw materials.
- Work closely with the Brand Buying team to focus on financial targets and monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, buying, supplier management or negotiation skills from FMCG or related business.
- Friendly personality and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the UK or internationally.
