Responsibilities

You'll work side-by-side with our Category Development Manager to bring the hottest, most exciting wellness brands to market. As our Wellness category expands both in store and online, you'll play a key role in spotting emerging trends, shaping brand launches, and helping us create a standout, future-focused wellness destination for our customers. This is your chance to make a visible impact, champion innovation, and help build the next generation of must-have wellness products.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about the wellness space, with curiosity for new brands, trends, and emerging customer needs.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and excited by pace, change, and challenge.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers, commercial teams, brand, marketing, digital, and operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and keep multiple workstreams moving at speed.
