What You’ll Be Doing

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will support the Regional Manager in delivering Operational Excellence. You will develop and lead the Regional plan for Operations, Loss, and the BEST Customer Journey, enhancing the operational skillset across the region. Your role will involve collaborating with support office colleagues on operational plans and assisting in achieving regional and company profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Operations Excellence across the Region.
  • Develop and lead the Regional Plan to meet company targets.
  • Coach store leaders to reduce variance and meet Operational and Compliance Standards.
  • Ensure compliance with contact lens processes and manage ODAC effectively.
  • Identify and share best practices across all Regions and within the Company.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Recent experience in opticians store operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and loss levers in opticians.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching abilities to identify and solve issues effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

It would be great if you also have

  • Knowledge of store operating models and clinic scheduling principles.
  • Analytical thinking skills to identify trends and improvements.
